With bookings beginning May 2009 and sailings set to start in summer 2010, the Norwegian Epic certainly lives up to its namesake in more ways than one, with unprecedented accommodation, entertainment, and leisure options for guests to enjoy.

Match your room with your personality and stay in a chic studio or a quaint villa. Take a seat at the electrifying new Ice Bar for a post-dinner drink, or dance 'til dawn at one of several posh lounges. If you're bringing the kids along — or are just a kid at heart — you'll get a kick out of the waterslide-laden Aqua Park, the two-story Nintendo Wii screen, or six-lane bowling alley. And of course, there's plenty to eat as well, including the sophisticated Cagney's Steakhouse & Churrascaria. The Epic ushers in a new era for Norwegian, taking the idea of Freestyle Cruising to a whole new level.

Starting with service from Ft. Lauderdale in December 2008, Celebrity Cruises introduced the stunning Celebrity Solstice. Guests experienced industry-firsts, such as the Lawn Club, a country club-like atmosphere with half an acre of real grass, and the Hot Glass Show, which features glass-blowing demonstrations and workshops.

They were also able to experience the AquaSpa relaxation room and the Persian Garden, an aromatherapy and steam room. All of this is in addition to a pillow menu, exclusive seating at the specialty restaurant Blu, and more.

Now joining the impressive Celebrity fleet is the spectacular Celebrity Equinox, departing from Southampton, England for its inaugural cruise on July 31, 2009. In addition to the features that guests have come to know and love on the Solstice — including the Lawn Club, AquaSpa, and Cellar Masters — the Equinox introduces extraordinary new entertainment and dining opportunities as well.

As part of the ten onboard dining locales, The Silhouette Dining Room serves up flavorful and eclectic international dishes in a stylish, refined setting. After dinner, guests can take in a concert, comedy show, or film at the exciting and versatile Celebrity Central. Though the Equinox experience is like no other, guests can expect the same exceptional level of luxury and comfort that is customary on all Celebrity voyages.
